Corporate Volunteering and Support
PDT welcomes volunteer support from SMEs and corporate businesses across our portfolio of community services. Over the years we have worked with local companies and employees who have helped decorate our buildings, built small allotments, mentored micro start-ups, supported skills development with local unemployed people and sat on small grant funding panels.
This years focus was to improve our digital capacity and comms management and would still welcome specialist input into these areas of our business development. Our flagship project for 2019 was the re-opening of the St Mary Magdalene Heritage Centre Grand Junction and unveiling of the amazing 19th Century Gothic art in the Church itself. This involved the launch of a new multi-purpose venue and an arts and cultural programme for audiences in wider London and we would be delighted to talk to local businesses about getting involved.
